We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our accounting team in Newport, RI. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s accounting and tax operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Address client inquiries, resolve matters, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal team members to support client needs and ensure exceptional service
- Document management, maintain accurate records and uphold the Firm's standards
- Assist with client accounting tasks and tax data input
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in a similar client-facing role is a plus
