At Adam & Eve Sparks, we help customers shop for sexual wellness, intimacy, and lingerie products in a welcoming, professional, judgment-free environment. We're looking for an outgoing, dependable Retail Sales Associate who loves talking to people, learning about products, and helping customers find exactly what they're looking for.
You don't need to be an expert in our products when you start. We'll teach you. What we can't teach is personality, reliability, curiosity, and a genuine desire to take great care of customers.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Ask questions, listen, and recommend products that fit each customer's needs
- Learn our products and become someone customers can confidently ask for advice
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
- Build sales through great conversations and thoughtful recommendations, not high-pressure tactics
- Operate our POS system and process transactions accurately
- Restock, merchandise, and help keep the store clean, organized, and looking great
- Work as part of a positive, supportive sales team

Schedule
This is a part-time position, approximately 3–5 days per week.
We're currently looking for someone with afternoon, evening, and weekend availability, including:
- Saturday afternoons
- Closing shifts Sunday through Thursday (store closes at 10 PM)
Reliable transportation is required.
Applicants must be 18 or older.
