Adam & Eve is looking for a positive and hardworking manager for our brand new Bangor location. We need a “can-do” personality with a thirst for success. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring and filling staff positions for the store
- Training new staff on product knowledge, policies, and duties
- Continuing the knowledge and salesmanship skills of current employees
- Creating and managing schedules for staff
- Positively leading a team of sales staff by example
- Inventorying store on a regular basis
- Maintaining store cleanliness daily
- Counting and ensuring the accuracy of tills and bank deposits
- Running a Point of Sale system
- Consistent communication with general manager
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organization and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
