We are looking for a mature full-time retail Sales Associate to join our team in Lawton!
Adam & Eve is an upscale lingerie and adult novelties boutique. This will be a fun job in a fun place working with great people and helping great customers! We are looking to hire mature and enthusiastic sales associates who excel in customer service and who can put our customers at ease. You must be comfortable discussing and being around adult content. You must be able to multi-task and be able to help multiple customers while undertaking daily tasks efficiently and effectively. No prior experience in adult retail is necessary, although is a bonus. You must have reliable transportation and flexible availability with evening shifts and weekends required. All applicants must be over 21 years of age.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Ensure the store is always clean and well-presented
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross-sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
