Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth front desk and stylist coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer care and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage scheduling, check-ins/outs, and retail transactions
- Support and motivate team members to meet service and retail goals
- Maintain the salon’s high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction
- Assist with staff training, product knowledge, and service excellence
Qualifications desired in the Salon Coordinator:
- Previous hair salon and/or spa management experience required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Warm, professional, and detail-oriented demeanor
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cosmetology, haircare, and beauty industry
- Knowledge of makeup and makeup application a big plus
- Proficiency with salon or scheduling software (Meevo experience a plus)
- Weekend availability is required
