Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Accurately assess plumbing scenarios and recommend effective solutions
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Provide clear explanations and upfront recommendations to customers
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience on every job
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in service plumbing (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across a variety of plumbing systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
