Workday Integrations Technical Lead (FINS)

A Workday customer of ours in Boston is expanding their internal Workday team and is hiring a Workday Integrations Technical Lead with a strong Financials focus.
They’ve recently gone live on Workday Financials and are now building out their long-term integrations capability. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who wants real ownership of complex integrations, not a people management position.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, building and supporting Workday Financials integrations
- Working across inbound and outbound integrations using APIs, EIBs and custom integration frameworks
- Partnering closely with Finance and IT teams to stabilize and enhance the FINS integrations landscape
- Providing technical guidance and setting best practice across integrations and security
- Getting involved in architecture decisions, cloud connectivity and future-state integrations strategy
What they’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Workday Financials integrations experience
- Solid understanding of APIs, EIBs, security and integration architecture
- General application / web development background (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Comfortable working in cloud-based environments
- Senior-level integrations developer mindset (technical leadership, not people management)
