At Adair Homes, we don't just sell houses. We help customers turn the land they own, or hope to own, into a place to call home.

As a New Home Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers as they explore building a custom home on their property. You'll learn what matters to them, help them understand their options, guide them through the home selection process, and build the trust that turns an initial conversation into a new Adair homeowner.

And you won't be expected to build your pipeline entirely on your own. Adair provides leads, giving you the opportunity to focus your energy on connecting with customers, building relationships, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective homeowners and learn about their goals, property, budget, and vision for their new home
• Guide customers through Adair's floor plans, available options, pricing, and homebuilding process
• Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Help customers understand what to expect when building an on-your-land custom home
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity
• Convert company-provided leads into appointments, opportunities, and home sales
• Partner with internal teams to create a smooth transition from sale to construction
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first meeting forward

What You'll Bring

• Proven success in sales, preferably in a relationship-driven environment
• The ability to connect with people, ask great questions, and earn trust
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence asking for the sale and helping customers move toward a decision
• Strong follow-through, organization, and personal accountability
• A drive to achieve goals without losing sight of the customer experience
• Curiosity and a desire to become an expert in our homes and the homebuilding process

Homebuilding experience is not required. If you're a strong salesperson who knows how to build relationships, guide customers through big decisions, and close, we'll teach you our homes and the Adair building process.
