As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the early phases of building custom homes in the Silverdale, WA region. You will be the go-to expert for everything related to site development, including assessing the land, assisting with permits and jurisdictional requirements, developing infrastructure, and managing budgets.

You will work directly with homeowners, local jurisdictions, trade partners, and your teammates to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Most importantly, you will partner with our Sales team to help customers understand their site development needs and costs, empowering them to confidently choose Adair Homes to build their future.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct site evaluations and create development plans

• Build and manage budgets and contractor relationships
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and excavators to prep sites
• Assist with permitting and ensure all work meets local codes and environmental regulations
• Coordinate utility installation and home placement readiness
• Provide transparent updates to customers and stakeholders
• Monitor site progress and ensure quality standards are met

• Identify risks early and implement smart solutions

  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• A customer-focused mindset and drive to help others succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or 4 years of related experience
• Proven success managing residential site development
• Working knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
• Experience with project management software like MS Project or KOVA
• Clear, confident communication and problem-solving skills

• Bonus points for BlueBeam and plot plan creation experience
