What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servers position at Adagio Pasta & Grill?
The ideal candidate is a friendly, energetic and flexible person that can take care of the customers' needs in a timely manner. The server will be expected to provide prompt service and keep tables clean, as well as maintain a positive attitude while dealing with stressful situations. Previous server experience is preferred but new hires will be given ample training.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and drinks to restaurant patrons.
- Job requires standing for long periods of time.
- Responsible for building and maintaining rapport with customers.
- Must be friendly with customers.
- Be able to tolerate uncomfortable situations such as arguments, loud music, physical contact, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.25 - $25.00 per hour
