Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a safety-first attitude and environment
- Prioritize USDA and Food Safety regulations
- Trimming and cutting various cuts of meat
- Seasoning and packaging pieces of meat
- Adding ingredients to batches of product
- Packaging and stacking pallets with finished product
