About Us:
Located inside of a historic nineteenth century Victorian home in beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado; Ada is a chef owned and operated restaurant serving hyper seasonal New American cuisine in an intimate and elevated atmosphere. Complementing our food menus, our beverage program is predicated in the philosophy that food is best enjoyed when paired with wine. We believe that genuine hospitality and this simple centuries old combination can often transform whatcould’ve been just another fun night out into an unforgettable dining experience.
Rounding out our beverage program, we also offer local beer on tap, a full bar of premium spirits, and a cocktail menu showcasing unique hand crafted drinks using many house made ingredients.
While previous food and wine knowledge is certainly helpful, it is by no means a prerequisite to potentially working with us. After decades in the industry, we’ve found that a candidate with a legitimate curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about our products, programs and systems can be just as integral to our team’s long term success as someone with a mountain (or even decades) of experience.
