Role Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead Ada Chikan’s organic social media presence across key platforms. The role requires a balance of brand storytelling, content execution, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of Indian ethnic fashion and digital trends.
This role will work closely with marketing, design, performance, and external creative partners to strengthen brand equity and drive engagement-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution ;
* Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives
* Plan and manage content calendars for product launches, festive campaigns, and brand initiatives
* Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling
Platform Management
* Own organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp
* Drive a Reel-first approach with a focus on styling, craftsmanship, and brand narratives
* Optimize captions, hashtags, posting times, and formats for reach and engagement
Creative & Influencer Coordination ;
* Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and external creators
* Brief influencers and content partners; manage deliverables and timelines
Ensure high-quality execution of shoots, edits, and post-production assets
Community & Brand Engagement
* Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
* Build and nurture an engaged, brand-aligned social community
Reporting & Insights
* Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations
* Collaborate with performance marketing teams for content alignment
Eligibility & Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
* Strong understanding of ethnic wear, Indian fashion, and seasonal/festive cycles
* Proven experience with Instagram Reels and short-form video content
* Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, and basic analytics
* Strong written communication skills (English; Hinglish preferred)

Salary Range:
(Final compensation will be based on experience, portfolio quality, and assessment performance )
