Ada County Highway District is now accepting applications for a General Equipment Operator on the
Vegetation Crew in our Maintenance division. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and starting wage
is $22.80 - $26.30 per hour, DOQ.

- The primary duties of this position are to perform skilled work, manual labor, and operate light- to
sanding, and de-icing the roads.

- Must have and Idaho Professional Applicators License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Experience driving/operating dump truck and loader is required as well as experience with

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
