Job Duties: Account Representative (M2)
As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Account Representative (M2), you are responsible for the stock replenishment of your assigned customer base. You are the beverage expert for your assigned customer base. You are the face of the company and your actions and job duties should be done with the utmost care and respect for the customer. You are responsible for all of your products and the company's equipment in each store. You are responsible for the merchandising of your accounts.
Attendance
- As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. employee, you are required to be present when scheduled by your supervisor.
- Your day starts at 6 A.M.
Duties
- Maintaining each customers inventory by replenishing their stock of our product line.
- Aggressively sell following the companies promotional guidelines.
- Keep track of all point of sale (indoor & outdoor). Make sure it is up to date, looks professional, and is priced correctly.
- Communicate with your supervisor when the need arises for new equipment, racks, coolers, etc.
- Handle customer service inquiries related to product sales and delivery issues.
- Follow an assigned schedule provided by your manager.
- Selling beverage promotions and displays to our customer base.
- Visit your stops. No drive by order taking.
- Communicating with customers, merchandisers, drivers and other ACCBC employees to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
- You must rotate and stock the complete store. (coolers, walk-ins, grocery, etc.)
- As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. employee, your personal appearance should be neat and clean at all times. You are the face of this company. You must wear approved uniforms.

- Position is salary plus commission.
Vehicle
- If you are using a company vehicle, you are responsible for the cleanliness of your vehicle. (inside and out)
- Complete pre-trips and post-trips.
Must have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Retail Sales Experience Preferred.
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude.
Job is very physically demanding and will consist of stocking of shelves, filling coolers, and building displays of company products weighing between 20-50 pounds.
