Campus Pastor - Cascade Campus

Ada Bible Church is seeking a Campus Pastor for one of its local campuses. The Campus Pastor serves as the primary leader and shepherd to the assigned campus (Cascade), responsible for carrying the DNA and vision of Ada Bible Church while ensuring that campus ministry is healthy, growing, and aligned with Ada Bible's vision of deeper discipleship and wider reach. This role leads through vision casting, leadership, team development, pastoral care, and platform communication. 

What you will do:

We've summarized the Campus Pastor responsibilities by breaking them down into 4 main ministry areas. 

Vision & Culture Leadership

Serve as the primary DNA carrier of Ada Bible Church for the campus, ensuring that values, tone, and culture are consistent with the church.

1. Set a spiritual tone and culture that reflects the vision of Deeper Discipleship and Wider Reach.
2. Provide platform leadership during weekend services that inspires people to take next steps in faith [salvation, baptism, membership, serving, groups, giving].
3. Lead both campus staff and the congregation toward spiritual growth and community engagement.
4. Act as a key connection point between campus staff and central ministry directors, collaborating to implement church-wide vision and initiatives.
   
   

Ownership of Campus Health & Growth

Ensure campus ministry is aligned with Ada Bible Church’s vision of Deeper Discipleship and Wider Reach.

1. Accountable to monitor and assess campus health [Campus Engagement, Courageous Step Metrics] and strategically address growth opportunities and challenges.
2. Collaborate with central ministry leaders to implement strategic initiatives that align with church-wide vision.
3. Supervise the Campus Director, overseeing the process for assimilation, membership and invite weekends.
   
   

Leadership Development & Multiplication

Build and empower high-capacity volunteer leaders to carry out ministry.

1. Foster a leadership culture where volunteers see themselves as essential to the mission.
2. Identify, recruit, and develop leaders of Deacon/Elder quality and other key roles.
3. Partner with ministry staff to ensure leadership pipelines are healthy and growing.

Congregational Care – Assessment & Delegation

Ensure people are known, cared for, and supported through effective care systems.

1. Build and empower a care team of volunteer leaders (care elders, marriage mentors, benevolence deacons, etc.) to meet needs.
2. Assess care needs within the congregation and delegate to appropriate staff, volunteers, or central teams.
3. Ensure that people are moving toward relational connection and pastoral care through groups and ministry teams.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a leadership-minded, relationally gifted, spiritually grounded pastor to help lead one of our Ada Bible Church campuses. This is a key pastoral leadership role—more than just managing Sunday services or running programs. We’re looking for someone who lead teams, builds healthy culture and shepherds people, as part of a collaborative, Jesus-centered team.

This role requires at least five years of pastoral ministry experience, a Bachelor’s degree and formal biblical education (seminary or graduate work preferred), and a deep personal commitment to Christ and his church.

But more than a résumé, we’re looking for a leader who brings both spiritual weight and relational warmth. Someone who’s hungry to grow, secure enough to lead with humility, and ready to be part of a leadership team that deeply values unity, integrity, and kingdom impact.
