Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven High-Volume Recruiter to manage day-to-day recruiting activities for our Hospitality Workforce and expanding Crossing Guard Program. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced environment with ongoing staffing needs.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruitment, enjoys building candidate pipelines, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously. This role will support recruiting efforts for hospitality, public safety support, and crossing guard personnel. Candidates with knowledge of law enforcement, public safety, or security environments are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing agencies, hospitality, workforce management, or public safety recruitment.
- Law enforcement, military, public safety, or security industry experience is a strong plus.
- Experience recruiting for security, safety-sensitive, or field-based positions.
- Experience coordinating onboarding and employee orientation.
- Familiarity with community outreach and workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality and crossing guard positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet staffing demands.
- Coordinate hiring decisions with operations and management teams.
- Extend offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring activity, and candidate pipelines.
Hospitality Staffing
- Recruit for hospitality positions including event staff, food service personnel, housekeeping, customer service representatives, and other operational roles.
- Develop relationships with workforce agencies, schools, veterans' organizations, and community groups to generate candidate referrals.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.
- Weekend On-Call work required.
Crossing Guard Program Expansion
- Support recruitment efforts to expand and maintain a reliable crossing guard workforce.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding, scheduling, and workforce readiness activities.
- Assist with staffing coverage and workforce planning initiatives.
- Promote the program within the community to attract qualified candidates.
- Recruit candidates with public safety, military, security, customer service, and community service backgrounds.
Training & Program Support
- Learn crossing guard program requirements, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with coordinating and facilitating crossing guard training sessions.
- Support compliance tracking, certifications, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and eventually assist in training crossing guards.
