Hospitality Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bradenton, FL

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekend on-call rotation required)

Work Environment: On-site for the first year; hybrid schedule available after one year of successful performance

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 DOE performance bonus

About the Role

Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter to help grow our Hospitality Division throughout Florida. This is a recruiter-first role focused on full-cycle recruiting for hospitality clients, with opportunities to develop new business and expand client relationships over time.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit for hospitality positions including hotels, resorts, restaurants, country clubs, food service, housekeeping, customer service, administrative support, and management.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, extend offers, and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Provide outstanding service to clients and candidates.
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

Business Development

• Build relationships with hospitality employers throughout Florida.
• Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community events.
• Expand business within hospitality, assisted living, independent living, and senior living markets.
• Attend networking events and client meetings to help grow the division.

Qualifications

Required

• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and social media.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred

• Hospitality, staffing, healthcare, or senior living recruiting experience.
• Business development or client relationship experience.
