Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
Location: Bradenton, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hour DOE
Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Our client company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join their growing team in Bradenton, Florida. The Customer Care Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, business owners, sales representatives, and production staff while helping coordinate roofing projects from start to finish.
The ideal Customer Care Specialist will have strong communication skills, administrative experience, scheduling abilities, and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced office environment. Construction, roofing, permitting, or service industry experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Specialist include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments for sales representatives and production managers, responding to website and internet leads, assisting customers with roofing color selections, preparing and emailing proposals, maintaining customer files, updating job boards, and coordinating project schedules with production teams. This role will also assist with pulling permits, filing Notices of Commencement (NOC’s), maintaining building department registrations and insurance certificates, and communicating scheduling updates with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous customer service and administrative experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office
• Computer proficiency including email and data entry
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Experience in construction, roofing, permitting, or scheduling preferred
