• Weekend availability is required.
• Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry trays as needed.
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• A great smile and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Clear tables and assist with maintaining a clean and organized event space.
• Refill beverages and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup following the conclusion of events.
• Work closely with banquet captains, event staff, and kitchen personnel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
