Do you enjoy helping businesses in your local community? We have a unique opportunity for the right individual in our Collin County area territory. The role consists of finding the right media and advertising program(s) for small to medium sized businesses. Successful consultants thrive by generating new business, re-engaging with past advertisers and retaining current advertisers.
This is a salary plus commissioned full time role with startup compensation bonuses, full benefits, matching 401k, and other benefits and perks are included.
Skills required are:
- Ability to prospect new business via cold calling, in person visits, networking in the community and other prospecting techniques.
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual with initiative and drive to succeed
- Ability to close new business and exceed sales targets
- Successful track record of pushing past rejection and achieving results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong networking and community involvement skills
- Eagerness to learn, continually continuously improve
- Strong time management and follow up skills
- Organized with an attention for detail
- Computer and software experience with knowledge of CRM’s, Google Suites, and basic technological programs and applications
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Compensation & Growth
- $30,000 Base uncapped commission structure
- Clear path to higher commission tiers (10/10 → 30/30 Club)
- Top performers earn $80K–$120K annually

Media and advertising sales are a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be received along with ongoing continued education.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
