Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead on paid social campaigns, from planning through execution and optimization
- Translate broader marketing goals into clear, actionable paid social strategies across platforms
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking coordination, pacing, and performance monitoring
- Manage the workflow across campaigns including planning, activation, optimizations, and post-campaign reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams across strategy, investment, and activation to develop media plans and respond to client needs
- Identify new opportunities, platforms, and approaches to improve performance and bring fresh thinking to campaigns
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and emerging capabilities within paid social
- Play a role in client communication, helping present recommendations and performance insights
- Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
- 5 years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on paid social
- Hands-on experience across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and contribute in client-facing settings
- Someone who’s proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
