The Role & Impact
At A&D Mortgage, the Loan Closing Coordinator is the final architect of the lending process. You are the person who turns a pack of documents into a home. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of mathematical logic, regulatory expertise, and the interpersonal agility to navigate a fast-paced closing schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between brokers, borrowers, and external title companies to ensure a seamless disbursement of funds.
- Compliance & Audit: Meticulously review and verify loan documents for 100% accuracy, ensuring full adherence to TRID, RESPA, and State/Federal regulations.
- Financial Logic: Execute manual calculations for seller credits and final settlement statements with precision.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve document discrepancies proactively to prevent delays in property ownership transfer.
- Resilient Under Pressure: You possess the composure to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes and tight deadlines.
- Assertive Communication: You can maintain rapport with diverse stakeholders while being firm on compliance requirements.
- Attention to Detail: You have an investigative mindset and a low tolerance for errors.
- Analytical Thinking: You don't just follow a checklist; you understand the "why" behind the numbers and the laws.

Professional Qualifications
- Experience: No previous experience is required; we will train you from scratch. However, having experience in retail, customer support or call center roles is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Notary license is highly regarded but not required.
- Technical Fluency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
