Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to security threats or incidents.
- Operate CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Enforce security protocols and deter unauthorized activities.
- Resolve conflicts and de-escalate tense situations professionally.
- Provide immediate assistance in emergencies, including CPR/First Aid when required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard property and assets.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff, visitors, and clients.
- Valid Florida Class G Security License or equivalent firearm permit.
- Experience in armed security, military, or law enforcement (preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).
- Skilled in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Physically fit for patrolling and emergency response.
- Familiar with loss prevention and security protocols.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
