What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike.

One day you may be setting a monument sign with a crane. The next, installing illuminated channel letters on a commercial building or coordinating with electricians and contractors to complete a major branding project.

You'll:

• Install commercial signage including monument signs, pylons, channel letters, cabinet signs, wall signs, dimensional letters, ADA signage, vinyl graphics, and specialty signage
• Read installation drawings, engineering plans, and site layouts
• Prepare the tools, equipment, hardware, and materials needed for each project
• Safely operate crane trucks, bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, JLG lifts, and other access equipment
• Perform basic electrical connections for illuminated signage
• Coordinate with electricians, concrete crews, hydro-vac contractors, and general contractors
• Communicate daily project progress with Project Managers and Installation Leads
• Photograph completed work and document project status
• Help stage materials for upcoming installations
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
• Deliver quality workmanship that reflects the Ad Light brand

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience installing commercial signage
• Strong mechanical skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read construction drawings and installation plans
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work safely at heights
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Bonus Points For

• CDL
• Crane or aerial lift experience
• Electrical experience
• OSHA certification
• Ability to read architectural plans

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
