AD IT Solution has a client in search of a talented Business System Analyst.Position: Business System AnalystLocation: Anywhere in USA (Open to Relocate)About the RoleWe’re looking for a Business System Analyst who can bridge the gap between business goals and tech execution — someone who thrives on uncovering insights from data, optimizing processes, and translating strategy into scalable solutions.You’ll collaborate across business units, IT, and product teams to shape data-driven decisions and deliver measurable impact.What You’ll DoAnalyze & Translate – Convert business needs into actionable technical requirements that guide IT and product teams.️ Process Mapping & Optimization – Design and refine workflows using data analytics and visualization tools.Requirement Gathering – Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user sessions to capture real business needs.Data Storytelling – Partner with data engineers to define metrics, validate data flows, and create insightful dashboards and report mockups.Systems & Gap Analysis – Evaluate system integrations and identify automation or AI-enhanced opportunities.Strategic Alignment – Ensure KPIs and analytics align with business objectives and measurable success metrics.Documentation Excellence – Deliver top-notch requirement artifacts (BRD, FRD, RSM, Data Dictionaries, Use Cases, Wireframes).What You BringCommunication Pro – Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts for both business and technical audiences.Tech-Savvy Analyst – Hands-on with SQL, Salesforce CRM, and understanding of data models, APIs, and cloud systems (AWS/Azure preferred).Analytical Mindset – Comfortable with data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI) and creating mock reports or dashboards.Collaboration-Driven – Skilled at stakeholder management, leading requirement workshops, and maintaining project momentum.️ Documentation Ninja – Experienced in writing detailed design specs, use cases, and user stories (Agile / Scrum).Adaptable Learner – Fast learner of new business domains, with a passion for innovation, data, and emerging tech (AI, Automation, GenAI tools).Preferred Extras (Nice-to-Haves)Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics, data governance, or Salesforce integrations.Certification(s): CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Salesforce Business Analyst Credential.Why You’ll Love It HereFlexible work setupExposure to next-gen digital transformation projects ⚙️A culture that values data, innovation, and ownership AD IT Solution is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
