We build growth machines for small and mid-market businesses: high-converting websites, Local SEO, AI-powered CRM (Lead Connector), paid ads, and consulting. If you can sell outcomes, we’ll deliver the results.
What You’ll Sell (simple, sticky offer)
A single front-door package that typically includes website Local SEO AI CRM at $699 /mo. Optional add-ons: paid ads, advanced automations, direct mail, and marketing consulting. You’ll have real case studies, a working demo account, and a proven delivery team.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect smart: Work your network, inbound leads, reactivation lists, and targeted outreach (provided frameworks scripts).
- Run discovery & demos: Diagnose needs, show the platform, and position the core package.
- Propose & close: Send clear proposals, set expectations, and get signatures.
- Land & expand: Keep light touch post-sale and surface upsell opportunities to AMs.
What It Takes
- 2–3 years selling advertising to a local market. Websites, digital marketing, SaaS, or CRM. (If you’ve never sold small businesses before or do not understand general concepts of marketing, this isn’t a fit.)
- Confident discovery, objection handling, and deal control.
- Organized, coachable, and competitive. You own a weekly pipeline target and live in a CRM.
Compensation (transparent)
- 30% of Month 1 on closed/won (subject to claw back if the client cancels in the first 90 days).
- Residuals: 15% in Year 1, 10% in Year 2, 5% Year 3 on your accounts as long as you remain active.
- No cap. SPIFFs and vertical bonuses are offered periodically.
- OTE examples:
- Close 5 core packages/mo → ~$3–5k Month-1 commissions growing residual base.
- Maintain 40–50 active accounts → meaningful, compounding residuals.
Targets & Support
- Activity: 8–12 quality conversations/week.
- Goal: 3–5 new accounts/month after ramp.
- Support: Demo environment, sales deck, one-call close script, objection library, and weekly coaching.
