What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Prep/Food Assistant position at Ad Astra Wine Bar and Market?
Duties include performing duties such as: maintaining clean and sanitary work area, prepping cheese and sharable app plates for customers, assisting with bussing tables between guests, and aiding in cleaning work spaces at closing, assisting with unloading/loading dishwasher as needed to support Dishwasher.
To offer opportunities for growth, employee will be able to grow their server and customer service skills and, as staffing and skills allow, take on server shifts and duties. Receives hourly rate plus tip out from bar staff.
Must be 21 years of age or older
BASSET and food handler’s certification are legally required and must be obtained before employment begins
Must be able to work nights and weekends
