*This is a full time/ in-office 9-week summer internship, June 1 to July 31, 2026, in Overland Park, KS. Incoming juniors or seniors majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Analytics, or similar are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex client issues and provide clients with consultation on findings
- Ensure that a set of standard methodologies and processes are used to effectively assess issues and provide adequate solutions.
- Apply system analysis and procedures to determine hardware, software, or system specifications during the support process.
- Partner with other internal resources to establish short-term and long-term solutions for client issues.
- Manage personal queue of open tech support issues.
- Use internal research, client conference calls, and collaboration with associates to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Be knowledgeable of and abide by internal regulations while supporting our cloud based hosted solutions for cloud customers.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of help file and training documentation to provide pro-active support to the client base.
- Maintain and aspire to exceed team and company goals
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase productivity and improve the overall experience
- Shadow department specific professionals to better understand the different business processes of Ad Astra
- Work with Engineering and/or Support Services teams to better understand the software development process including Agile methodology
- Provide feedback to company management on internship program and make recommendations to improve this program moving forward
