You’re already familiar with the key players in the Mid West / Northeast and how they like to work. You have strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with collaborators, and marketing know-how. You have knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and are comfortable using CRM applications. At least 5 years as a manufacturer representative of a tire manufacturer is a key requirement.

We are currently seeking professionals with expertise in Passenger and Light Truck (PLT) tires.sales, specifically working with manufacturers and selling containers to distributors? This role is a frontline individual contributor position.

Key Focus Areas:
- Strong experience in PCR (Passenger Car Radial) and LTR (Light Truck Radial) segments; TBR (Truck and Bus Radial) is a good-to-have.
- Well-networked within the tyre industry, especially in the Northeast US and Canada regions.
- Experience in dealer, distribution, and demand generation with a strong background in distributor-led product management.
Your Role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you'll fulfill corporate objectives and contribute to our client's ongoing success. By analyzing new market trends, you will discover new areas for growth and the potential for increasing existing customer loyalty and new sales. Experience selling multiple product categories including OTR, AG and IND is advantageous.

- Experience selling PCR/LTR, and TBR is preferred
Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing programs with territory dealer base
Nurture customer-centric vision and communicate Tires best-in-class customer experience
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree preferred
- 8-10 years of strong sales and management experience in the tire industry with existing business contacts in the territory
- Demonstrated success to grow sales in major tire distributors and retail accounts.
- 2 years outside sales and territory management experience.
- Ability to nurture and build existing client relationships using professional selling skills and strategic selling techniques.
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and motivated to actively support overall business development efforts through all available selling tools;
- Market Data Collection, including pricing data, size and fitment information, competitive intelligence, etc.
- Travel – 50% /-
