Who we are looking for:
The Fleet Lease Transportation Coordinator manages efficient movement of vehicles, rvs, motorcycles, and boats focusing on scheduling, routing, tracking and compliance for deliveries to the auction.
What you will do:
- Build transports through ASI, confirming location, vehicles with correct information putting them into folders by days for scheduling.
- Upload notes on transportation status & ETA’s in autoims daily.
- Mail out repossession checks
- Learning IF’S for sale day and sending out offers to clients.
- Entering titles (when needed).
- Help with any phone calls, or customers.
- Create spreadsheets for outsource transport companies to keep track of ETA’s so they can be logged into autoims.
- Schedule Redemptions
- Work alongside repossession companies to make sure everything is taken care of.
- Must be able to work emails, within a timely fashion all throughout the day.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Strong Communication skills
- Good attitude/team player
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Computer software and applications experience, including fleet management systems,
- MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), and database management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic speed/accuracy in keyboarding

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is listed in the "Job Details" section at the bottom of this posting. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
