Alliance Auto Auction is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Van Driver to join our Transportation team. This role is responsible for transporting auction customers, employees, or drivers between various locations on auction property and off-site locations. The ideal candidate has a customer-focused attitude, a clean driving record, and a strong sense of professionalism.

Alliance Auto Auction is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Van Driver to join our Transportation team. This role is responsible for transporting auction customers, employees, or drivers between various locations on auction property and off-site locations. The ideal candidate has a customer-focused attitude, a clean driving record, and a strong sense of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate multi-passenger vans or shuttle vehicles in accordance with company and DOT regulations.
- Transport customers and personnel to and from designated locations, including hotel pickups, airport runs, and auction site shuttling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers; assist with boarding and exiting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
- Accurately complete and submit trip logs and mileage records.
- Provide drivers with instructions and directions.
- Follow assigned schedules and communicate with dispatch or management regarding route changes or delays.
- Ensure vehicle is fueled and ready for each shift; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist during auction days with moving vehicles or directing traffic as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Able to sit for long periods and assist passengers with limited mobility.
- Familiarity with area is a plus.
- Previous driving or transportation experience preferred.
