Responsible for entry of all vehicles into the inventory system in time for the weekly auction using handheld scanning device.
Essential Functions
- Scans and registers all vehicles for entry into the weekly auction
- Contact dealers for run numbers for inventoried vehicles.
- Participate in the reservation system by assigning numbers via dealer calls.
- Follow through on vehicles for proper placement for the sale.
COMPETENCIES
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to be outside in any weather.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Background in data entry a plus.
- Experience in customer service a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Must be computer literate and able to learn job specific computer programs.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer problems a plus.
- Must be able to be outside in any weather condition.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to drive any kind of car
