Acuvi is seeking a senior Technical Sales Lead to take ownership of our North American business and accelerate growth across key industries.
This role is designed for a high-performing professional with proven experience in technical B2B sales combined with commercial leadership within automation, motion control, mechatronics, or related industries.
You will act as the commercial lead for the region—combining hands-on sales execution with strategic direction—driving new business, strengthening partnerships, and building a scalable market presence.
Your Mission
- Build and expand Acuvi’s footprint across North America
- Win and develop OEM and strategic accounts
- Drive structured, data-driven sales execution
- Translate market insights into commercial actions and growth plans
- Act as a senior interface between customers, engineering, and leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Drive new business development across OEMs and high-value applications
- Define and execute regional growth plans aligned with global strategy
- Identify and prioritize key industries, accounts, and opportunities
- Develop Mutual Growth Plans across Acuvi’s business units
- Assess and strengthen channel and distribution strategy
Commercial Execution & Ownership
- Build, manage, and continuously develop a high-quality sales pipeline
- Own forecasting and revenue planning with high accuracy and discipline
- Lead complex deal cycles, including pricing and commercial strategy
- Ensure structured CRM usage (HubSpot) and clear pipeline visibility
- Translate data and insights into clear commercial decisions
Technical Sales & Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers at both engineering and business levels
- Clearly articulate Acuvi’s value in precision motion and advanced applications
- Drive solution-based selling in complex, technical environments
- Act as Voice of the Customer, feeding insights into product and R&D
- Maintain strong curiosity for technology, applications, and market trends
Marketing & Market Presence
- Coordinate and actively participate in tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Represent Acuvi in front of customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, positioning, and content
- Strengthen brand presence and market awareness across the region
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing
- Align regional execution with global strategic priorities
- Contribute to internal alignment through structured communication and insights
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 7 years of experience within automation, motion control, mechatronics, or related industries
- Proven track record in technical B2B sales combined with commercial leadership responsibility
- Strong experience in OEM sales and complex solution selling
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth—not just manage accounts
- Experience working with channel partners and distribution networks
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to connect strategy to execution
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales
