Urgent Care Veterinary Client Care Representative

AcutePet Urgent Care, a new national brand of veterinary urgent care centers, is seeking client care representatives to join us as we build healthy and sustainable urgent care environments that are dedicated to our local communities, all while respecting life outside of work. Our mission is inspired by our DVM founders and owners that bring their combined experience in clinical practice, hospital development, and executive leadership. AcutePet’s leadership team is composed of experienced veterinary professionals who are committed to reshaping the veterinary landscape with an employee-focused culture where teams are supported, empowered, and heard. Under the guidance of our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Anastasio - a board-certified veterinary criticalist – and our Managing Veterinarians, our medical teams are equipped to provide exceptional, emergency-level care while feeling supported every step of the way.
AcutePet Urgent Care aspires to give pet owners access to exceptional urgent care for their beloved pets, while working with our teams, and the profession at-large, to ensure that access to high quality veterinary care is sustainable into the future. Our DVMs will help bridge the gap between primary and emergency care, changing the way veterinary care is sought out and delivered.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates are passionate about providing colleagues, clients, and pets with great experiences, especially in an urgent care environment. Previous client service experience in an animal care setting is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation includes $16-22 hourly base pay, plus eligibility to participate in our all staff profit sharing.
Ongoing training and continuing education.
