Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly with a smile and provide an excellent first impression
- Manage patient scheduling confirmations, and appointment flow
- Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our system
- Support insurance verification and billing processes
- Assist the clinical team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Create a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous medical or hearing health office experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable with scheduling systems and computer software
- A team player with a positive attitude
