Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Emergency Nursing and critical care, with the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong expertise in Critical Care Nursing and general Nursing practices to manage acute and complex health conditions during transport.
- Knowledge in Medicine to accurately assess, and treat patients in critical health scenarios.
- Relevant skills in patient care, clinical decision-making, and teamwork in emergency healthcare settings.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3 years of critical care experience.
- ACLS,BLS, PALS certification is required; other critical care certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a diverse medical team.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress and rapidly changing environments.
