- Plan developmentally appropriate lessons for students in the classroom- Implement student IEP goals within the classroom setting- Provide special education evaluations for students- Write and monitor student IEPs- Participate in IEP meetings for students- Provide progress reports for students on IEPs as often as report cards- Attend professional development and meetings as schedule by the Director of Student Services- Ongoing parent communication- Ongoing collaboration with other school staff- Classroom management and basic behavior managementCompensation will be in accordance with the salary scale outlined in the Acushnet Teachers Association collective bargaining agreement.
