Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will involve various clerical duties, communication with clients, and assistance with project management.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Processing payments from Service & Parts customers.
  • Scanning documents daily.
  • Various other duties as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • A background in customer service is a plus, showcasing the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
