Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Utilize your understanding of automotive diagnostics to explain necessary repairs and maintenance services to customers.
- Provide detailed estimates for services, including oil changes, alignments, and other mechanical work.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and follow-up communications.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on dealership promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
