- Set, confirm, and manage appointments for Sales and Service
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
- Follow proven processes to maximize show rates and conversions
- Deliver a high-quality, positive customer experience on every interaction
- Strong communication skills and phone presence
- Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
