Key Responsibilities – Service Cashier / Receptionist:
- Welcome and assist service customers in person and by phone
- Process service payments quickly and accurately
- Schedule service appointments (earn bonuses for each one!)
- Provide administrative support to the service team
- Keep the cashier/reception area organized and professional
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Cashier / Receptionist:
Cashier/Cash handling experience is required- Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
- Dealership experience is a plus!
- Good customer service and communication skills
- General math skills and attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Great customer service skills
