Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator and front desk office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the department’s marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns. Front desk duties would be to welcome patients, assist with scheduling patients, and taking payment. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
- Create and implement electronic and physical marketing campaigns
- Track and report on online marketing activities
- Attend and help promote at local VA group meetings.
- Identify, research, and report on competitors
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
Qualifications
- Marketing experience in related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
