What are the responsibilities and job description for the receptionist for medical office position at Acupuncture and Chiropractic Clinic?
We are looking for office staff to join our busy, stable and still rapidly growing wellness clinic in Tanasbourne, Hillsboro area.
Medical office receptionist duties will be included but are not limited to: answering phones, checking in and out patients, scheduling patients, collecting copayments and balances, verifying patients benefits, creating patient visits for billing insurances, helping with cleaning rooms between patients.
We are looking forward for someone who is passionate with their work, having good communication skills and be able to multitasking. Experience with medical billing will be preferred but not necessary.
Pay will depend on experience and duties. Free acupuncture and chiropractic services will be offered to our staff. At this moment medical and dental insurances will not be provided.
