Acupath Laboratories is hiring a Grossing Technician to receive specimens in the grossing laboratory, enter patient information into the laboratory information system, label cassettes, perform quality control and quality assurance procedures, prepare surgical specimens for histologic processing, describe gross anatomic features of biopsies and routine uncomplicated surgical specimens, maintain wet tissue storage, operate and clean laboratory equipment, and adhere to CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, safety, and OSHA regulations.
