Overview
Seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead with strong semiconductor industry experience. This role drives analytics, forecasting, planning optimization, and end-to-end visibility across fab, OSAT, and high-tech supply chain operations. Candidates must bring hands-on expertise in data analysis, KPI dashboards, predictive modeling, and planning systems such as SAP IBP/APO or Kinaxis.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and enhance supply chain dashboards (inventory, forecast accuracy, OTD, supplier performance).
• Perform deep-dive analytics across wafer, OSAT, procurement, planning, and logistics datasets.
• Apply forecasting, optimization, and statistical modeling to improve decision-making and reduce bottlenecks.
• Support S&OP, MRP, inventory optimization, and semiconductor planning initiatives.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization across supply chain functions.
• Integrate and optimize data flows across ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, IBP, Kinaxis).
• Present findings to leadership and partner with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years in Supply Chain Analytics / BI / Consulting.
• Minimum 1 year in Semiconductor / High-Tech / EMS industry (Fab, Foundry, OSAT, wafer lifecycle).
• Strong SQL Python/R for data analysis.
• Hands-on with Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with SAP IBP/APO, Oracle, or Kinaxis.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Nice to Have
• Predictive modeling, optimization, simulation experience.
• TCO modeling / business case development.
