Supply Chain Analytics Lead Consultant – Semiconductor
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
We are hiring a Supply Chain Analytics Lead for a premier consulting client to drive data-driven transformation across semiconductor manufacturing, planning, OSAT operations, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build advanced dashboards for supply chain KPIs (inventory, forecast accuracy, OTD, supplier performance).
- Analyze semiconductor supply chain datasets across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Apply forecasting, statistical modeling, and optimization to improve supply chain resilience.
- Support S&OP, MRP, and inventory strategy initiatives in fabless, IDM, or foundry environments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement, production planning, and logistics.
- Work with SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, or Oracle for planning & data integration.
- Present insights to senior leadership and guide junior team members.
Required Skills
- 3 years in supply chain analytics or consulting
- Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience required
- Proficiency in SQL Python/R
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, inventory strategy
- ERP/AP systems exposure: SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis
