Overview
We are looking for a Secure MA&D Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of divestiture activities. This is a hands-on role focused on driving workstreams across teams, maintaining runbooks and project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring security and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the divestiture lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Serve as the central coordinator across Security, IT, PMO and other stakeholders for all divestiture-related activities.
Build and maintain divestiture runbooks
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans - tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Track and report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain resource tracking across workstreams - who is doing what and when.
Facilitate status meetings and produce clear, concise status reports and dashboards.
Ensure information security and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the separation process.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues and dependencies across teams.
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve runbooks and processes for future transactions.
What You'll Need
5 years of project management or coordination experience in IT, Information Security, or M&A contexts.
Experience supporting divestitures, carve-outs, separations, or similar transactions preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
Strong communicator - able to align diverse teams and report clearly to leadership.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Familiarity with information security concepts and compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (PMP, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
