We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses heavily on FastAPI backend development with opportunities to contribute across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance RESTful APIs using the FastAPI framework with async/await for scalable microservices.

• Create and maintain API specifications using FastAPI's OpenAPI/Swagger features.

• Develop backend modules, write automated tests, and support production deployments.

• Integrate with external APIs and troubleshoot data or performance-related issues.

Required Skills

• 3 years of Python development with hands-on FastAPI experience.

• Strong foundation in async programming, Pydantic models, and dependency injection.

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and automation.

• Strong grasp of JWT tokens, API security concepts, and RESTful architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication flows.

• Familiarity with Ping Identity tools (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess).

• Knowledge of FHIR interoperability standards.

• Understanding of Material Design and MUI components.

• Experience with React or Angular and frontend testing frameworks.
