Location : Jersey City, NJ (Onsite – Local Profiles Only)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong frontend expertise in Angular (70%) and solid backend experience in Java/Spring Boot (30%). This role requires both hands-on development and team leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 developers (Angular & Java)
  • Drive development using Angular (v20), TypeScript, and CSS
  • Contribute to backend development using Java & Spring Boot
  • Collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, CSS
  • Hands-on knowledge of Java & Spring Boot
  • Proven team leadership / Tech Lead experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization
